Emergency pre-examination triage

Pediatric emergency is a department that provides timely life support for critically ill patients. Due to limited medical resources, it is not possible to provide medical treatment for all patients at the first time. Therefore, the “Pediatric Emergency Pre-examination and Triage System and Process” has been formulated. All emergency patients who come to the hospital for treatment will be assessed when they arrive at the hospital, and the urgency of the patient's condition will be graded according to the criteria of the triage. According to the Ministry of Health's "Guidelines for the Pilot Classification of Emergency Patients' Diseases", combined with the Canadian (Pediatrics) Classification Guidelines, the guidelines for the classification of emergency patients (pediatrics) in our hospital are divided into I-endangered, II-critical, III-emergency, IV-non-emergency level 4, the patient waiting order is determined according to the patient's condition and severity. Among the class 4 patients, except for class I (endangered patients), patients at the second level (critical patients) should be consulted as soon as possible, and patients with grades III and IV should wait for the consultation. The specific waiting time and the general waiting time at that time The number of patients is related.
